If for any reason you need to issue a refund, as an administrator you can do it very quick and easy.
The Steps:
- Once you are logged into the administrative side of your Raceday account, click on Drivers from the very top menu.
- Search for your driver and once you find them, click on their name.
- Click Order History from the left hand menu
- Click “Issue a Refund”. Note that you cannot complete a refund if the original transaction was a cash order. You can only issue refunds on credit card transactions.
- Fill in the refund information, select Issue this refund.
- That’s it!

That's it! Please Note:
- You cannot issue a refund for Cash transactions. These refunds are for Credit Card transactions only.
- On a 100% refund, the drivers fees and the Raceday fee come from your account, while the credit card fees come from the credit card processor. The Raceday fee is not refundable.
