If you scratch a driver under the event Registrations tab, they will no longer show up in Race Setup. Conversely, if you re-instate a scratched registration, they will then appear under Race Setup once again.
This new feature will avoid any confusion with placing a racer in a heat, semi-final, or final when they will not be, or should not be in that class.
