The Registration Fee and 2.9% + $.30 a transaction apply to every transaction.

Those fees can be setup so they are added to the order and the driver pays the fees, or they are subtracted from your revenues – your choice.

Cancelling anytime, but accounts that are restarted are subject to one year of plan fees before they can be activated, as your account will need to be setup all over again.
