We are very proud to have T.J. Patrick as a valued member of our Raceday advisory board. I first noticed T.J. when he won a hard-fought class at a race in my home town in 1978. I was just a kid, but I knew he was going places.
I year later, I met him at a race in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He was all business, and one of the most professional drivers I’d ever met. When I saw him, and his brother Randy came to the race with no crew, I jumped at the chance to help out however I could.
Since that time, T.J. and his wife Bev have raised two pretty amazing kids, and T.J.’s continually been involved in almost every form of motorsports in various roles. From cars to karts, to snowmobiles, T.J. has always been a driving force to make motorsports be the best it can be.
One of the major reasons we wanted to get T.J. on board was his commitment to racing. To him, it makes no difference who or what you are. “It’s about being the fastest driver. Period.”
