Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays & Introducing Raceday Version 5

As another racing season winds down and shops, garages, and trailers across North America settle in for the holidays, the entire team at Raceday wants to wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

We’re incredibly grateful for the race promoters, drivers, teams, and organizations who trusted Raceday throughout the past season. Your feedback, ideas, and patience have played a direct role in shaping what comes next — and what comes next is big.

Raceday Version 5 Is Coming!

We’re excited to officially announce Raceday Version 5, the newest evolution of the #1 platform for motorsports registration and motorsports event management.

Raceday has always been built around one simple idea: make race-day registration fast, simple, and reliable for everyone involved. Version 5 takes that foundation and sharpens it even further. The new version is faster, easier to use, and more secure than ever before, whether you’re managing a full season of events or registering for a single race.

Raceday supports a wide range of motorsports, including snowmobile racing, go-karts, motocross, off-road racing, auto rally racing, and more. Version 5 is designed to scale effortlessly across disciplines while remaining intuitive for promoters and racers alike.

New Features on the Way

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be rolling out announcements for several brand-new, highly requested features. Many of these updates come directly from conversations with promoters who rely on Raceday for their motorsports event management needs.

Existing tools like digital waivers, accounting, presets, and event configuration are all receiving meaningful upgrades. These improvements are focused on saving promoters time, reducing race-day friction, and giving organizers clearer insight into their events before, during, and after the checkered flag flies.

Our goal with Version 5 isn’t to reinvent what already works — it’s to refine it, strengthen it, and make it even easier to run professional, efficient motorsports events.

Testing, Tweaking & Migration

The Pit Crew at Raceday is currently in full testing mode. We’re stress-testing the new platform, fine-tuning performance, and making final adjustments to ensure Version 5 lives up to the demands of real-world race operations.

At the same time, we’ve begun working on a thoughtful migration strategy to move existing Raceday clients over smoothly and efficiently. Our focus is minimizing disruption while making sure every promoter benefits from the improvements Version 5 delivers.

More details on timelines and migration steps will be shared soon.

Thank you to the race promoters who trusted Raceday as their motorsports registration platform. Thank you to the drivers who clicked “register” race after race. And thank you to the organizations across North America who stuck with us as we pushed hard to build something better.
